Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and product requirements.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that effectively communicate the product’s functionality and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices, following best practices and design guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate innovative design concepts into projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, HCI, or a related field.
• Proven experience 2 years working as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects and process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools such as Adobe After Effects or Principle.
